Resort 2012 Collection

1 Sep

Resort Wear Collection is a year round fashion season sometimes known as “Cruise Wear”. Originally it was marketed by upscale stores and collections only to specific customers to be expected to spend the holidays in a warm-weather climate. As the holidays are soon to come, Designers are way ahead of us. Resort Collection has already been preview and may I add they are all just amazing collections this year with many bright colors and amazing style prints that just make a statement. As looking through many designers Resort Collection there has been a similar style that has just caught my attention, professional business style with more modern and fashion-forward touch. Each designer not just wanted to create collections for the beach or for a night out to diner but as well for those business women who are traveling on the holidays for work. St John and Viktor & Rolf design an amazing straight leg pants with a white button down shirts added a skinny thin belt which is a perfect accessory without trying too much. Temperley London has a gorgeous modern touch to it, long sleeve button down ruffle front shirt with a high waist modern skirt. Catherine Malandrino created a long straight maxi skirt with dramatic ruffles added on the sleeve shirt. Zac Posen as well did dramatic ruffles on the button down shirt completing with a high waist pencil skirt. Both Rachel Roy and Yves Saint Laurent did a little different with high waist boyfriend short pants. Love them! My obsolete favorite is Carolina Herrere enlarge poke-dot button down shirt with a full black skirt. It’s fun and flirty for a professional business meeting as well fit for a night out cocktail party. AMAZING!

I love how each of these designer not only thought of women who would be on vacation during the holidays but as well design’s for those who travel for business adding a modern touch to the styles making it less boring and more stylish. Not only have these designer have a button down shirt in common but as well as the color black and white which you can never go wrong.
